What is covered under Warranty?

Our bags and accessories are backed by a comprehensive 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is not applicable in case of misuse or regular wear & tear of the product. We’ll either repair or replace the product at our sole discretion.

What we Cover √

• Manufacturing Defects.
• Zipper damage and malfunction.
• Breakage of buckles.

What we don’t cover ×

• Defects caused by improper use, such as tears.
• Zipper malfunction due to over packing/overload.

 

Warranty General T&C:

1. Please make sure you keep your proof of purchase safe and sound! You’ll need it to avail your warranty.
2. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transportation incidents.
3. If your Bag happens to need some fixing beyond its specified warranty period, you would have to bear the cost of the spare parts.
4. In the situation that the product you claim warranty on is out of stock or discontinued, you can opt to get your product replaced with another Veneer Bag of the same purchase value. You can also opt for a product replacement of a higher purchase value, and pay the difference.
