Our bags and accessories are backed by a comprehensive 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is not applicable in case of misuse or regular wear & tear of the product. We’ll either repair or replace the product at our sole discretion.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transportation incidents.
If your Bag happens to need some fixing beyond its specified warranty period, you would have to bear the cost of the spare parts.
In the situation that the product you claim warranty on is out of stock or discontinued, you can opt to get your product replaced with another Veneer Bag of the same purchase value. You can also opt for a product replacement of a higher purchase value, and pay the difference.

Is the shipping free?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.

When will I receive my item?

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.

Can I change or return my item?
